Slider Action @ Littlehampton

May bank holiday Monday started at Littlehampton with no wind but as the day progressed the wind picked up enough for some kitesurfing action and three local riders where ready to take full advantage of the conditions.

Local kitesurfer Toby Raw has been spending some of his free time putting together a slider and today was the day to put it to the test… Toby Raw, Oli Sweeney and Dan Sweeney would be the test Pilots.

The boys had a great afternoon putting the slider through its paces and pulling some great moves but after a full session and the boys hitting it hard the poor battered slider gave up and died…

lots of lessons learned for the future and I am sure there will be a “slider mk2″ in the very near future… So what could have been yet another boring Bank Holiday turned into a fun filled day with plenty of action for three young kitesurfers… Watch this space for news and photos of the next bit of slider action from Littlehampton.

But dont forget the Airhead will be delivering local, national and international adrenaline filled news so head back soon for the latest update.
