Easter, Airhead Surf Diary
Ok so it’s been over a week since the last post and a lot has changed in this time.
Easter weekend has come and gone and with it came a change in the weather, the temperature has at last got warmer with it hitting 18C + most days, all we need now is the sea breeze kicking in a bit more and life will be almost perfect.
The store is under going a make over and Sam has been working super hard moving the snowboard kit and setting all the new summer gear up. The shop is now looking fresh with new stock from all the top brands.
Airhead kite school has now started and we are boasting new kit for the coming teaching season. Anyone coming for lessons will be taught on the latest 2007 equipment.

No wind bahhh. Well looks like we may start getting some soon as the pressure charts are looking abit better especialy for next week. Lat sunday saw a small swell at wittering’s so Mel and I went for a surf and Mel body boarded with her new gear, think she caught more waves than anyone else and was having a blast. I got some good runs but cant wait for next month for our trip to Cornwall for some bigger action.
Comps coming up soon next month so getting on the water to practise is a priority, just need the wind gods to look favourably on us. My Torch 3’s have spent more time on the beach than in the water! Still they do look nice.
Will be pushing to get my back mobes and dangle passes back up to scratch as with so much time off the water you do get alot of skill fade. Anyway hope fully I will have more to report next week and will hopefully be able to tell about some wicked sessions, finger’s crossed.
