Paddle Surf Boards UK: Airhead Surf Diary

This past week I went to the Surf Shop Expo in Exeter to check out what is hot and what is not in the surf scene for the coming year…. of course there where all you usual suspects Reef, Billabong, Hurley along with loads of other brands and new up and coming products that want to make it in the UK surf market.

This year was one of the best shows I have been to but I wanted to see if there where any new paddle surf boards on offer…. Over all there where more than I thought would be there with seven Paddle surf brands, some we have talked about before and others that where kept under wraps until the show… my opinion is that there are some winners and some that are totally missing the point…. but time will tell.

Looks good, if the fish is as good as the 12ft 2007 one it will be cool.

Guy’s from what I can tell after talking to John Hibard from Starboard UK is that these boards have been well thought through….. hopefully John will be down this way soon so that we can get out and demo the lot….
