So here is a bit of the low down on the SOS Big Blue after getting it on the water for the first time…….
Forget the fact that this board is 10′10″….. The Big Blue is a board that wants the surf in fact it needs the surf, the shape of the base helps it turn well and the faster it moves the more stable it feels…. the paddling position seemed a bit farther back than I thought it would be by about an inch but it was not a problem in fact it worked well once I sussed it out.
The Big Blue is design for playing in the waves….. it’s a lively board that will give back twice what you put in….. but if you don’t put in it may just give you a swim just to let you know who the boss is.
All round a fun board designed to perform and without a doubt it will deliver the goods when you want it to.
Ride safe
