Newbie - Grom - Learner…. we have all been there!
So don’t stress are have put together a growing resource or information, tips, faqs and our forum “Up a Creek” has a place just for your to hang out, meet other paddlers and meet new friends..

hello, if i, and others join this site, and go on to pay for membership. will there be seperate contests for non titled ,non uk surfing champs veterans ,beginers ,etc.Will comps be awarded points on a scale system ,so as you progress and inprove automaticley move up, so as to allow others a charnce. leading to the end of the callender year to find an overall winner with the most points. This works well in the karate world. Allso a beginer is not put in with a euopean champ to get slaughtered. thanks .and good luck.

There is no way you got slaughtered at the comp…. you did great and held your own in with the top guys… so over all more credit to you.
On another note BSUPA’s did not run the last comp but BSUPA is going to work well… only time will tell.
Dude you rocked in the surf….. btw how’s your neck.

okedoke there me ol muker what neck havent got one now, left it in the sand ,allong with my brain A tad stiff for a few days ,all ok now . hows the shopfit going. off to gwithian saturday with james, me paddlin buddy. should be clean. hope your well ,say hi to pete. c ya.

Off to Gwithian…… thats just not fair to tell us southerners that, I am praying for some small swell for Saturday…. Matt, Adriano, Pete, Mel and myself are hoping to get out at Witterings.
Have a great surf and say hi to James… cant wait till we all get out on the water togther….. but best I get some practice in first or you guy’s will just make me look crap.
