The weather is now warming up and we are starting to see people coming out of winter retirement and getting back on the water…

Kitesurfing Littlehampton.

Kitesurf lessons are now starting to get booked as the kitesurf school re-opens at the end of April… Airhead Board Sports Ltd has one of the oldest kiteboard and kite schools in the UK, established in 1998 our kitesurf school based in Littlehampton West Sussex has produced some of the top kite surfing talent the UK such as Debs Carling, Pete Shiplee and Claire Bunton to name just a few… this year keep an eye on the BKSA juniors for Dan Sweeney and Oli Sweeney who will competing in the Ams… these two young lads are set for big things in the coming year.

Our team of Professional kitesurf instructors are qualified to the highest standard through the BKSA and IKO. Please note Fingky Inc no longer teaches at the Airhead Kite & Surf Academy

If you are turning up to Littlehampton for kitesurfing for the first time please note there is a dedicated lunch and land zone to the east of beach huts in front of the Airhead blue container… Take time to read the signs and please do not rig up in front of the beach huts… if you are un-sure where the kite zone is then please ask a local rider they will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Today I met the crazy girls from Red Bull.

From out of the blue I get a phone call from a lively bubbly girl who seems to have been helping herself to the Red Bull, “Hey how do you fancy us dropping some Red Bull round for the Airhead Team??”, well anything to get the crew jumping around… so about an hour or so later sure enough two crazy young ladies turn up in the open topped Mini Red Bull car and drop off a load of the nectar for the team, just what we needed to pick up our afternoon……… thanks girls it really hit the spot and gave us the liven we needed.

The Red Bull car will be back with the Airhead Team over the summer to make sure we are all on top of the game… yep it sure does give you wings.

After a long spell of wind from the Northeast we have now had the wind that was well over due, fantastic South West wind and the guys and girls have been out making the most of every second.

Toby Raw was at the BKSA round 2 event in Barrow in Furness and we will have info on how he got on and what this round was like in the coming days, the one thing that is for sure this round had plenty of wind.
